How to train your dragon 2 movie review

Perfect family movie that has unlock another unperdictable plot about dragons, family, love and friendship.

How to train your dragon 2 is an animated movie that can be watched by everyone. It might not be the kind of intriguing and dramatic plot you’re waiting for but it can still touch someone’s heart since it portrays different emotions. Another add-up to the movie is the unbelievable bond between a dragon and human (I love toothless—he’s so adorable). The animation was excellent especially the intricate details in creating dragons which is difficult. This is a good movie for all ages who are finding their own identities and deciding for themselves.

    Rating: 3/5

Plot:DreamWorks Animation returns to the world of dragons and Vikings in this sequel to their successful 2010 outing How to Train Your Dragon. The original film followed the exploits of a Viking chief’s son, who must capture a dragon in order to mark his passage into manhood and prove his worthiness to the tribe. ~ Jeremy Wheeler, Rovi

    Maleficent Movie Review

A new twist of famous fairy tale that shows a different view.

The Maleficent is the first ever movie wherein the villain is the protagonist of the story. I was really amazed on how they recreated the sleeping beauty into something that open the minds of the people. Angelina Jolie is a stunning actress because she shows the diverse sides of the famous villain. The production is excellent because starting from cinematography, special effects and costumes, it is smooth and creatively done. The movie makes me realize a lot that true love doesn’t exist and erases the idea of “prince charming lovey dovey and happily ever after” scene. Yes, this is contemporary world and sometimes we need to change some old ideas and change the belief of others. I think Disney tries to remake of its movies into strong female protagonist just like Brave and Frozen. They tend to set an advocacy regarding women empowerment. You should watch the good spin-off of the famous fairy tale changing illusionary ideas.

    Rating: 4/5

    Plot:

"Maleficent" explores the untold story of Disney’s most iconic villain from the classic "Sleeping Beauty" and the elements of her betrayal that ultimately turn her pure heart to stone. Driven by revenge and a fierce desire to protect the moors over which she presides, Maleficent cruelly places an irrevocable curse upon the human king’s newborn infant Aurora. As the child grows, Aurora is caught in the middle of the seething conflict between the forest kingdom she has grown to love and the human kingdom that holds her legacy. Maleficent realizes that Aurora may hold the key to peace in the land and is forced to take drastic actions that will change both worlds forever. (c) Walt Disney Pictures
